Executive engagement, built differently.
The Assembly Exchange is an executive engagement company helping technology brands build meaningful relationships with the people and accounts that matter most.
We design and deliver high-touch programmes across the UK, EMEA and North America, from executive dinners and workshops to experiential activations, delegate acquisition and multi-market campaigns.
nearly two decades working with executive audiences
However you arrive, we can take it from there.
We’re very comfortable with both.
It starts with the audience.
Before we talk venues, formats or what everyone is eating, we want to understand who you’re trying to reach.
- Which accounts matter?
- Who within those accounts do you want to engage?
- What will make them give up their time to spend it with you?
- What does a genuinely useful conversation look like for them?

Then we build from there.
Once we understand that, we can start designing everything around it.
- Clearly defined, client-approved audiences
- Delegate acquisition built into the wider strategy
- Outreach shaped around relevance, not registration numbers
- The right people in the room for the conversation you want to have
Because the best event in the world isn’t particularly useful if the people you wanted to meet aren’t there.

The details matter.
Once the right people are committed, our job is to make everything else feel effortless.
- One point of contact from start to finish
- Every detail managed, without you having to chase it
- Guests looked after properly before, during and after
- Your team free to concentrate on the conversations that matter
The best delivery is the kind nobody notices.

A few things we’ve learned along the way.
Nearly two decades of experience has shaped a simple belief. The right people, the right conversation and the right environment matter more than anything else.
Planning an executive event?
Faqs.
A few of the questions we are usually asked about how we work.
We start with the conversation you want to create and work backwards. That means understanding your target accounts, the seniority and roles that matter, the challenges you want to explore and, importantly, why those people would want to be in the room.
From there, we build a clearly defined audience that you approve before outreach begins.
Absolutely. You can give us a defined target account list, ask us to help build one, or combine the two.
Either way, we work with you to refine the audience before outreach begins, making sure the people we engage are commercially relevant to what you are trying to achieve.
As involved as you want to be. We can agree the audience criteria upfront and manage the process from there, or give you complete visibility and approval over individual delegates as the campaign progresses.
The important bit is that nobody ends up in the room simply to make up the numbers.
Yes. Where a programme includes delegate acquisition, we contractually agree a guaranteed number of qualified attendees as part of the scope.
But the guarantee is never just about filling seats. The audience criteria are agreed with you first, so the commitment is to getting the right people into the room.
Yes. We can take care of everything from audience strategy and delegate acquisition through to venue sourcing, guest communications, logistics, on site delivery and post event follow up.
Or, if you already have parts of the programme covered, we can simply plug into the areas where you need us.
Yes. We deliver programmes across the UK, EMEA and North America, whether that means a single event in a new market or a coordinated series across several locations.
The strategy stays consistent, while the audience, outreach and delivery are adapted to each market.
The event finishing should not mean the conversation does.
We can support post event follow up, attendee feedback, engagement insights and next step planning, helping your team turn the relationships created in the room into conversations that continue afterwards.
Got a question we haven’t covered? Get in touch and we’ll happily talk it through.
